Job summary

HARPS Global is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor focused on infection prevention products. We seek an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance, while fostering a customer-excellence culture.

You will help manage employee relations, training, and HR data analysis across multiple countries. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience through education and/or hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and leave management.
• Address employee concerns and promote positive employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support HR reporting and data analysis.
