Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and performance management activities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and assist with employee training and development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Assist with benefits administration, enrollment processes, and employee inquiries.
• Support employee relations efforts by responding to concerns and partnering with leadership on resolutions.
• Coordinate performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
• Assist with payroll-related activities, timekeeping, and personnel changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Generate HR reports, track key metrics, and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
