Job summary

The Keller Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks an HR Generalist to perform professional level HR duties across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, data analysis and benefits support. The role includes onboarding, payroll support and ongoing HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality. This is an on-site position in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of core HR experience.
• High level experience with HR metrics.
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure organizational compliance.
• Maintain compliance of employee and applicant documentation.
• Process personnel action forms and secure approvals.
• Ensure USCIS I-9 compliance and periodic audits.
• Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and compile analytics.
• Drive Talent Acquisition and onboarding for the facility.
• Oversee new-hire orientation and coordinate tours.
• Handle communications with third-party recruitment agencies.
• Monitor workers' compensation records and follow up on open cases.
