This role will focus on key HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, management preferred.
• Strong problem solving, reporting and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to present information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Prepare and extend offers; support candidates through hiring.
• Conduct employee relations chats and gather workplace concerns.
• Be primary contact for employees; guide and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate weekly new-hire orientation sessions.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement and daily HR ops.
