Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, compensation, and other HR disciplines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Understanding of HR best practices related to compensation management.
• Demonstrated understanding of general HR concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior HRIS experience required; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Good working knowledge of labor legislation.
• Prior experience in a diverse, multi‑cultural environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts: source and interview potential applicants, check references, and perform background checks.
• Advertise job openings across multiple channels, such as job boards, careers pages, and social platforms.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies to fulfill recruiting requirements.
• Manage candidates’ information in SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System.
• Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties.
• Research market trends to evaluate salary competitiveness.
• Evaluate and provide ongoing support for internal compensation matters.
• Help align compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Compile HR data and metrics from the HR information system.
• Support HR processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.
• Perform general HR tasks such as policy management, employee engagement, and benefits support as needed.
