Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple facilities is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for all three facilities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires.
• Drafts job descriptions and hiring criteria in collaboration with department managers.
• Oversees job postings and advertisements.
