Item24 seeks an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for three facilities, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring while collaborating with managers to define job descriptions and hiring criteria.

You will handle postings, background checks, and onboarding, and provide HR support across compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, and training while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience managing all recruitment phases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for three facilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Assist with job postings and advertisement processes.
• Attend college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Coordinate pre-employment background checks.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Provide HR support in compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and training.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate complex matters as appropriate.
• Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Stay updated on talent management trends and regulatory changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
