Job summary

Archetype-Signs is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance across four locations and 225 employees. The role balances recruiting and administrative duties while supporting managers with day-to-day HR challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or SHRM certification.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills.
• Experience supporting hourly employees in manufacturing/production.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Act as primary contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee questions.
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain confidential records.
