Highline Warren, LLC seeks an HR Generalist to partner with site leadership and advocate for employees across recruitment, onboarding, policy interpretation, and engagement at our manufacturing plant. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, orientation, and payroll-related changes in ADP, while upholding employment laws and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, resolving employee relations issues, and driving engagement through programs and LMS training.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of employee relations and full cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
• Good understanding of federal and state employment law.
• Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.
• Ability to handle high confidentiality of employee information.

Aufgaben

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer generation, and pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate using traditional and nontraditional resources to attract quality candidates.
• Manage new hire onboarding in ADP and conduct orientation programs.
• Provide policy interpretation and benefits/pay support to employees.
• Maintain open communication with management and associates to address issues.
• Partner with HR Manager to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events.
• Manage HR and Safety LMS training.
• Complete HR projects as assigned.
