Henricksen in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations from recruiting through onboarding, leaves, payroll/benefits, performance, and offboarding. This onsite role collaborates with managers and HR partners to ensure policyful, compliant processes.

You will manage leave administration, payroll questions, benefits enrollment, and annual open enrollment, while driving engagement, training, and performance cycles across multi-site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with relevant certifications.
• Experience across recruiting, onboarding, leaves, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Partner with managers to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
• Lead onboarding activities to accelerate integration and engagement.
• Administer leave including FMLA, disability, ADA, workers’ comp, and personal leaves.
• Support payroll data entry, audits, and timely resolution of timecard questions.
• Support benefits enrollment and annual open enrollment.
• Manage performance review cycles and documentation.
