Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with site leadership and advocate for employees across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and policy interpretation at our McDonough, GA facility.

The role will drive full-cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, ADP data entry, and investigations in collaboration with the HR Manager. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of employee relations and full cycle recruiting experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
• Good understanding of federal and state employment law.
• Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.
• Ability to handle high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
• Ability to deal tactfully with employees at all levels.
• Understanding of proven recruiting practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and requisition management.
• Source candidates via career fairs and online events.
• Manage onboarding and entry into ADP.
• Conduct orientation programs.
• Process employment changes in ADP.
• Provide HR support on leaves, policy interpretation, benefits, and pay.
• Collaborate with management to address issues as they arise.
• Partner with HR Manager on investigations and employee relations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events.
• Manage HR and Safety LMS training.
• Complete HR projects.
