Job summary

NiTEO PRODUCTS, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Hernando, MS to lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions and support payroll, benefits, and HRIS activities. You will partner with plant leadership to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, experience with high-volume recruiting, and solid knowledge of payroll and benefits administration,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Background in mid to high-volume recruiting.
• Working knowledge of compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate recruiting events and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain records in HRIS.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits renewal and enrollment.
