Job summary

Sephora’s Distribution Centers seek an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted coach and strategic partner, guiding leaders through performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives. You’ll own lifecycle HR from recruitment to offboarding, champion fair practices, safety, and inclusive culture.

Strong data insights will shape talent decisions across the workforce. You will collaborate with Accessibility and Inclusion teams, support safety incidents, and help drive HR excellence

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations escalations, including investigations and escalation to HRM as needed.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and policy application.
• Conduct employee feedback initiatives (surveys, roundtables, exit interviews) and partner with operations to implement changes.
• Collaborate with Accessibility and Inclusion Generalist on accommodations and safe transitions back to work.
• Partner with leaders on safety incidents and case preparation; support adherence to Sephora policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and use HR analytics to drive decisions and workforce planning.
• Attend daily operations meetings to stay visible with employees; support succession planning and development programs.
• Support annual performance reviews for non-exempt employees; provide career development resources.
