Sephora is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, partnering with HR Business Partners and Learning & Talent Development to deliver a positive employee experience. You’ll handle leaves, accommodations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR program coordination in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, confidential handling of records, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes. A hybrid in-office schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience handling leaves of absence and workplace accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, including documentation and return-to-work activities.
• Support learning and talent development programs and enrollment processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding and New Hire Orientation activities.
• Manage offboarding and exit processes with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and HR partners.
• Assist with vendor management, contracts, and invoicing in coordination with Finance.
