Job summary

Snap-on Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for corporate functions in Kenosha, WI. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and leave administration across Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Innovation.

On-site at the corporate headquarters, you will drive HRIS and applicant tracking activities, support compliance programs, and collaborate with Legal on training updates and affirmative action processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 4+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management on employee relations and recruitment for open positions.
• Administer LOA, FMLA, and accommodation processes.
• Serve as point of contact for HR questions from associates.
• Support immigration processes and visas for associates.
• Coordinate annual training and updates with Legal.
• Assist with affirmative action reporting and audits.
• Support internship programs and campus recruiting events.
• Plan corporate and community engagement activities.
• Represent Snap-on at career fairs; engage students for internships.
• Perform other duties as needed.
