CFS in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to lead recruiting and onboarding while supporting broader HR operations. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional new hire experience and building strong teams.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, streamline onboarding, partner with managers, maintain employee records, and assist with benefits, compliance, and HR policy updates to align with labor laws and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong background in recruiting and onboarding.
• Familiarity with employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer letters.
• Lead and improve the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide effective recruiting support.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and support HRIS data integrity.
• Handle day-to-day HR activities such as benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support company culture development.
• Assist with updating and enforcing HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company goals.
