Job summary

CFS, Canonsburg, PA is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to drive our campus recruiting program and develop training initiatives that support both new and existing employees. The role combines recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR administration to strengthen the overall employee experience.

You will build relationships with colleges and universities, coordinate career events, and partner with leaders to ensure effective talent development and engagement across the campus and local programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in HR, campus recruiting, talent acquisition, training and development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with students and institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the campus recruiting program from strategy to execution.
• Coordinate campus events, fairs, internships and on-campus recruiting activities.
• Develop training materials and facilitate onboarding and development programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and support selection of interns and graduates.
• Evaluate recruiting effectiveness and track metrics to improve outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding, HR administration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support internal communications and programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
