Wayne HealthCare in Greenville, OH is seeking a full-time HR Generalist - Recruitment to support hospital recruitment and onboarding. You will manage postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist department leaders in hiring qualified staff.

Role supports new employees through their first six months to ensure a successful transition. ADP/HRIS experience and strong writing skills are preferred.

Competenze

• Associates degree in HR or related field required.
• 1 year of recruitment experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Excellent writing skills required.
• Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Mansioni

• Direct and coordinate recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain HRIS Recruitment System.
• Participate in Interview Panels.
• Attend seminars, workshops, career events, and professional meetings.
• Maintain professional affiliations with applicable organizations.
• Attend meetings and participate in committees as required.
• Assist in maintaining job descriptions.
• Cross-train to support other HR functions.
• Promote good employee relations and interdepartmental relations.
