The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, policy development, and employee engagement within a growing tech environment. You will manage onboarding, visa processes, and recognition programs, using MS Office, ATS, and SAP to deliver timely, compliant HR services across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience recruiting for highly collaborative teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess and select candidates using structured processes.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strategic and tactical thinking.
• Experience with MS Office, ATS, and SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Manager to develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to analyze full cycle recruitment data.
• Support onboarding, scheduling orientation, and training for new hires.
• Develop HR objectives, metrics, documents, and reports.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures.
• Create employee engagement plans and team-building activities.
• Support immigration processes including visas and green cards.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and monthly appreciation events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
