Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team and support employees through the lifecycle. This role focuses on HR administration, onboarding, employee records, and providing timely HR support across departments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and impact within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in HR, HR administration, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Process employee changes including hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with audits and data updates.
• Support onboarding and leave administration; track attendance.
• Assist with HR training schedules and completion tracking.
• Respond to day-to-day HR questions and escalate sensitive matters.
