Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to support talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations in a mission‑driven organization. The role offers broad exposure to recruiting, onboarding, compliance, HRIS, reporting, and lifecycle initiatives.

The position requires full‑cycle recruiting experience, onboarding/offboarding support, and a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.

Qualifications

• Full‑cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management support.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent combination).

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple departments and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout hiring and onboarding process.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, compliance documentation, and HRIS data.
• Assist with process improvements, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
