Job summary

IQVentures Holdings, LLC is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. The role collaborates with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and requires strong interpersonal skills and problem solving.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, maintain ATS/HRIS data (Paylocity a plus), administer benefits, assist with open enrollment, and contribute to HR reporting and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years HR Generalist experience.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems like Paylocity.
• High-volume recruiting experience in a multi-state call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, offers, and background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, role definition, and workforce planning.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
• Benchmark and enhance recruiting processes to ensure outstanding applicant experience.
• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and postings as needed.
• Coordinate with training team to facilitate employee orientation.
• Initiate employee exit interviews and communications with management and exiting employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits questions and resolutions.
• Assist with annual open enrollment and ensure benefits compliance.
• Support change management efforts related to organizational initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to HR reporting and analytics for decision-making and process improvement.
• Participate in HR policies and procedures implementation.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
