Ace-endico Corp in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. The role covers full lifecycle recruiting, coordination with driving schools, job fairs, and pre-employment testing.

You will support Paycom time and attendance, payroll inquiries, confidential HR records, and leave management, including FMLA and unemployment processes. Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3-5 years HR experience, ideally recruiting, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and leave management.
• Familiarity with FMLA, workers’ compensation filings, unemployment processes in Rhode Island.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting & onboarding: manage full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, post ads, screen applicants, interview with managers.
• HR support & compliance: resolve workplace conflicts, manage documentation for absences, leaves, and benefits.
• Time & attendance / payroll: train managers on Paycom, approve punches, PTO, payroll support.
• HR operations: maintain confidential records, support Spanish-speaking employees, take meeting notes.
• Unemployment & leave: respond to UI notices, manage WH forms, coordinate leave cases and benefits.
