DataServ / xFact is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Marlborough or North Andover area. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting, partnering with leaders to ensure a top-notch workplace experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity a plus), and a track record of confidential, professional engagement across all levels of the organization.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience with benefit administration and HR policies.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Experience in a technology or professional services environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees on policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations and provide guidance to managers and staff.
• Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding.
• Assist with performance management processes, development initiatives, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and communications.
• Maintain HR records and generate workforce reports and metrics.
