Job summary

Arvato is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and strategic HR support for our Rhode Island site. You will coordinate HR activities, assist with payroll, onboarding, and employee relations, and partner with operations to ensure policy compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in HR within logistics environments, a Bachelor’s in HR, and strong communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization. Excellent benefits and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination experience in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with operations, leaders and peers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance and talent management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance and employment law to operations.
• Support recruitment and staffing, and payroll inquiries.
• Review, verify and process new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment coordination.
• Assist in orientation and training programs for new employees.
• Help develop employee engagement and retention programs, including recognition and team-building activities.
