Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to perform professional-level duties across employee relations, training, recruiting, communications, time and attendance, and payroll. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to relate to all levels within the organization and support goodwill and business needs.

Typical responsibilities include onboarding, recruitment support, payroll processing, document maintenance, policy adherence, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Payroll and HR program administration experience preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all employee and applicant documentation in accordance with governing agencies.
• Manage employee disciplinary action tracking and processes.
• Assist with recruitment tasks (reviews applications, interviews, etc.).
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Process weekly payroll through Workday.
• Monitor attendance and time-off requests; document per policy.
• Maintain employee database and personnel files.
• Audit I-9 forms and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update job descriptions.
• Support health and welfare plan administration.
