Scipi Companies is seeking an HR Generalist, Recruiting Lead to oversee recruiting across the organization while gaining hands-on experience in onboarding and lifecycle HR activities. You will partner with hiring managers, develop strategies, connect with candidates, support onboarding and training, and contribute to HR initiatives that impact our team.

This role blends recruiting leadership with broader HR responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with managers during the selection process and make recommendations.
• Present and negotiate offers within established parameters.
• Represent Scipi Companies at job fairs and community events.
