Job summary

GHJ is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and own full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on recruiting, managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and HR principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across functions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates.
