Scipi Companies in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an HR Generalist, Recruiting Lead who loves recruiting and wants to influence the full employee lifecycle. You’ll lead recruiting across Scipi Companies, partnering with hiring managers to build effective strategies and support onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective hiring strategies.
• Find great candidates through sourcing, networking, job postings, employer branding, and talent pipelines.
• Guide the selection process by evaluating candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and making hiring recommendations.
• Present and negotiate offers within established parameters and help create a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Scipi Companies at job fairs, career events, schools, and community organizations.
• Use recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent.
