Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Employee Relations–focused HR Generalist in Phoenix to provide broad HR support. You will balance employee needs with business priorities, advise on investigations, manage leave and accommodations, and help with budgeting and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in HR Generalist work, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills to engage at all levels. Occasional travel and office-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws and wage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies and communicate changes across areas.
• Advise and counsel employees on workplace conflicts and investigations.
• Oversee leave programs, accommodations, safety and workers' comp processes.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll data, conduct audits, ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes and HR budgeting.
