Job summary

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC (CATS) is seeking an HR Generalist to perform administrative HR duties in support of operations. The role focuses on implementation of company policies, onboarding, payroll data collection, and record-keeping to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will screen applicants, conduct orientations, maintain HR records, coordinate meetings, and contribute to policy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, test, and interview applicants; support recruitment efforts.

• Document HR actions with forms, reports and logs.
• Schedule complex meetings with interviewees, managers and leaders.
• Assist in policy/program development and process improvements.
• Support HR training plans and create/edit presentations.
• Maintain training tracker and measure outcomes.
