Job summary

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC (CATS) is seeking an HR Generalist to perform administrative HR duties in support of operations. The role focuses on implementation of company policies, onboarding, payroll data collection, and record-keeping to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will screen applicants, conduct orientations, maintain HR records, coordinate meetings, and contribute to policy improvements.

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC (CATS) is a certified Build to Print, U.S. manufacturer specializing in complex and precision products. We provide many services including manufacturing, integration/testing, environmental testing, quality assurance, and logistics services.

Our primary focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. We are ITAR compliant and welcome FMF contracts and pass-through procurement for U.S. origin products.

CATS 90,000 square foot modern facility is in Central Florida, minutes from Orlando International Airport. Our facility includes a spacious office area, five production clean rooms, high-bay area and ERP integrated warehouse.

Job Overview

The function of the HR Generalist will be to perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office. The Generalist ensures that programs are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures.

Duties

• Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
• Provides orientation for new employees by preparing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
• Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Assist in the development and propose improvement to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations.
• Assist HRD with training plan. Make and edit presentations.
• Manage a training tracker that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
• Event planning and head of different employee lead committees (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual events)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of employment laws and other compliance issues
