Job summary

The HR Generalist (Contingency) role supports the administration and delivery of human resources programs, policies, and processes that support organizational objectives and employee engagement at TACOM RRAD. The position partners with employees and leaders to provide HR guidance, support employee relations, maintain compliance, and assist in executing core HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, and employment regulations.
• Experience using Workday or other HRIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (as required).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Answer HR-related questions from employees and managers.
• Respond to inquiries on benefits, compensation, leave, and policies.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Maintain employee records and regulatory compliance.
• Generate HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data and advise on business decisions.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention.
• Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on projects.
• Prepare presentations and communications using Microsoft Office.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
