MAG Industries, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in Tyrone, PA.

The role covers onboarding, payroll, benefits, retirement plan administration, employee documentation, workers’ compensation, leave administration, and separations. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, work independently, and collaborate with employees, managers, leadership, benefit providers, and external partners.

Competenze

• Previous Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Experience processing payroll or working with payroll and timekeeping systems preferred.
• Experience with ADP or another HRIS/payroll platform is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Mansioni

• Administer onboarding requirements, including background checks, I-9 completion, and recordkeeping.
• Manage termination and separation checklists, payroll and benefits updates, and final-pay processing.
• Process payroll through ADP and resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Serve as the primary benefits enrollment contact and manage open enrollment processes.
• Coordinate 401(k) enrollment, contributions, and reporting with payroll and providers.
• Coordinate FMLA, disability, and ADA accommodation processes and deadlines.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and escalate appropriate concerns.
• Maintain disciplinary records, attendance data, and leave documentation.
• Edit and distribute employee handbooks and HR policies, tracking acknowledgments.
