Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or organizational leadership and development with 4 years of progressive HR experience or 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Progressive experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania employment law and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the organization to achieve HR goals and ensure policy enforcement.
• Review and document compliance with hiring and employment records.
• Process attendance, unemployment, and workers' compensation matters.
• Facilitate hiring and orientation for new Team Members.
• Oversee background checks and employment eligibility for hires and renewals.
• Support compensation, benefits, leaves, and performance management activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and communications.
• Prepare HR data for reporting to leadership and respond to inquiries.
