Family Practice Center, P.C. is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our Selinsgrove location, contingent upon location. Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business with HR concentration and 3-5 years HR Generalist experience or equivalent
• Strong customer focus for internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws/regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead/train teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities with management, employees, and external agencies; handle confidential issues
• Provide day-to-day employee relations interface for frontline managers
• Maintain unemployment records and attend hearings as needed
• Monitor payroll-related PTO and sick leave data
• Maintain employee files and ensure timely performance evaluations
• Administer health, dental, vision, and other benefit plans; assist enrollment changes
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA, ERISA and related laws
• Support HR programs to improve employee satisfaction and relations
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, terminations, and annual open enrollment
• Train managers on new policies and procedures
• Investigate employee concerns and advise on resolutions
