Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of progressive HR experience including benefits or leave administration and policy interpretation or employee relations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, open enrollment, terminations, and education.
• Research eligibility and benefit questions; coordinate with plan documents and administrator.
• Reconcile benefit elections, payroll deductions, and vendor invoices; investigate errors.
• Administer COBRA notices and enrollments; coordinate improvements to processes.
