Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an HR Generalist to lead the HR function, partner with leadership, and champion our employees across the organization. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, investigations, policy interpretation, and benefits administration while maintaining ADP records and HRIS data.

The role requires building strong relationships, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification may be considered.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a trades or service industry.
• Full cycle recruiting experience with ability to attract and hire strong talent.
• Hands-on experience using ADP or similar HRIS for onboarding, recordkeeping, and benefits.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and workers’ compensation.

Mansioni

• Owns and leads the HR department with accountability for policies, procedures, and programs.
• Advises employees and managers on HR matters; conducts investigations and guides corrective action.
• Partners with management to strengthen relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Stays current on applicable employment laws and posts postings across facilities.
• Manages full cycle recruiting from writing postings to offering and onboarding.
• Coordinates employee training and development programs.
• Maintains accurate employee records in ADP and HR reporting.
• Handles general administrative duties including events, unemployment, and workers’ comp claims.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
