The Hire Solution is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate services, policies, and programs through HR staff and to advise managers on HR issues. You will onboard new employees, maintain payroll and benefit files, and help develop personnel policies.

You will administer compensation, monitor evaluations, ensure I-9 compliance, and support EEO reporting while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to laws.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• College degree in HR or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge and experience with HCM Software.
• Knowledge and experience with Epicor Software.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding and paperwork distribution to departments.
• Maintain HR, payroll and benefit files.
• Develop and update personnel policies and handbooks.
• Suggest policy improvements to increase efficiency.
• Process employee status updates and contact information.
• Assist in department goal setting and systems development.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Administer HR plans and procedures for personnel.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports.
• Maintain I-9 compliance with laws.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Administer compensation programs and salary adjustments.
• Ensure EEO-1 reporting and recordkeeping.
