Jobsforhumanity is hiring for an HR operations generalist in the United States. You will manage day-to-day HR across the employee life cycle, lead recruitment and onboarding, and support performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.

The role requires an HR background with 3+ years in a US-owned environment, knowledge of employment regulations, and strong organizational and project management skills. Competitive benefits and a dynamic workplace are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a US-owned, shared-services, BPO environment focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent project management and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations and HR functions across the employee life cycle, including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee lifecycle activities: performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance aligned with local labor laws and company standards.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, relations support, and conflict resolution.
• Lead initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
• Assist in HR program development, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Support learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
