Job summary

Operation Mobilization USA is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy guidance, and recordkeeping. You will collaborate with the Director of HR to maintain compliance, promote a positive workplace culture, and manage HR initiatives such as talent management, performance processes, and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities include employee relations support, HRIS data accuracy, open enrollment coordination, and ensuring compliant HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-4 years HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide employee relations support and HR policy guidance.
• Assist with onboarding, recordkeeping, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate performance processes and HR data reporting.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage HRIS data.
