Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and the employee lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, guiding on policies and processes while partnering with leadership to improve the employee experience.

The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for guidance on policies, benefits, and employment questions.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Process HR transactions in HRIS, including hires, changes, comp updates, terminations.
• Coordinate I-9 verification and employment verification requests.
• Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA) and leave management.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
