GEODIS is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in Phoenix, AZ to support daily HR operations. You will advise supervisors on employee relations, coordinate onboarding, and assist with recruiting while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise supervisors on employee relations issues and resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of HR regulations and reporting requirements.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientations.
• Document employee engagement meetings.
• Partner with HR leadership to resolve recurring issues.
• Lead management training on HR topics.
• Respond to employee inquiries about policies and programs.
• Manage recruiting activities including organizing job fairs.
