Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years related HR experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
• Advises managers on resolution of employee relations issues.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
• Facilitates and documents employee engagement meetings.
• Partners with HR leadership to ensure resolution plans for critical issues.
• Leads HR-related training for supervisory and management staff.
• Responds to employee inquiries about policies and programs.
• Manages non-exempt and exempt recruiting activities, including job fairs.
