GEODIS is seeking an Human Resources Campus Manager to oversee HR functions at the campus level in the United States. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, staffing, orientation, and employee relations across a multi-site environment.

You will train managers, manage performance and salary programs, administer benefits, and lead staff through hiring, promotions, and terminations while ensuring equitable practices and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related HR experience and/or training
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel
• PHR, SPHR or GPHR certified preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and governmental regulations
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to supervise and develop staff across HR functions
• Ability to address employee relations issues effectively

Responsabilités

• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations for HR and ensures compliance
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacancies
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation
• Maintains personnel records for government reporting and audits
• Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment
• Advises management on employee relations issues and resolutions
• Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies and programs
• Manages performance and salary administration programs
• Oversees benefits programs including health, dental, life, disability, pension, leave, and EAP
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes turnover
• Directs HR staff and oversees unit performance and compliance
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees
• Plans and assigns work, conducts appraisals, and handles discipline
