Job summary

GPRS is seeking an HR Specialist in Mesa, AZ to partner with leaders and HR colleagues in delivering compliant, efficient HR services. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, attendance, records administration, and workforce engagement.

The successful candidate will support onboarding, recruiting, leave administration, and HR operations while promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. This is a day shift, full-time position located on-site in Mesa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to team members and leaders in office.
• Assist with performance management, attendance, and workplace expectations.
• Administer team member records and HR documentation; ensure compliance.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and leave administration as backup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues.
