Job summary

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policy administration, performance support, benefits, payroll assistance, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
• Assist with performance management, employee counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS information.
• Partner with managers on staffing, employee relations, and workplace issues.
• Support investigations and corrective action processes as needed.
