Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management seeks an experienced Human Resource Generalist in Raleigh, NC to support payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations across designated facilities.

The role partners with senior HR management to administer payroll systems (UltiPro/Kronos), maintain confidential records, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate training and audits. AAssociate degree and solid PC skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
• Previous payroll/HR experience, preferably with UltiPro and/or Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll documents for all employees at assigned facility in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Manages employees understanding and enrollment in company's benefits programs.
• Conducts new hire orientation and maintains accurate training documentation.
• Handles employee relations issues and directs concerns to the corporate HR Department.
• Maintains confidential employee records (personnel, medical, I-9, etc.).
• May serve as HIPAA officer and assist with OSHA/Workers' Compensation tracking and reporting.
