Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience or advanced degree with experience.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or aPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination and execution of end‑to‑end HR processes (onboarding, leave administration, accommodations).
• Manages employee relations cases and coaches line managers on policy and performance management.
• Analyzes people data and prepares standard reports for review by HR leadership.
