The position is in-office three days per week, requiring strong HR knowledge, analytical mindset, and the ability to coach managers through complex ER matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years of HR-related experience.
• Preferred HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR).
• Foundational HR/Project Management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply HR policies to resolve operational issues and mitigate risk at the manager level.
• Coach managers on performance and employee development; advise on sensitive ER cases.
• Analyze people data to support talent planning and succession processes.
